We recently purchased a house through Mortemore Mackay and had a great experience. We needed to move very quickly due to a mortgage offer expiring and Jake was always helpful and professional, and was able to complete the sale in time. What could have been a very stressful process in such a fast moving market was helped by good communication which has continued since our purchase, and we are very happy to be in our new home. Mortemore Mackay have recently started managing my flat and they’ve been absolutely fantastic, nothing is too much bother and they’re always available for advice. They treat my tenants as if they’re the landlords and always do the best for them. A recent example would be when the car park entry gate intercom went down, something out of their control, but as soon as the problem was reported, they had contacted the service team and arranged for the problem to be urgently fixed.

We've just moved into the second place we've through Mortemore Mackay, always dealing with Marianne. She helped us to find a suitable house in a tight rental market. She's responsive to maintenance issues and easy to deal with.
