I've been working in property for almost 30 years and I've dealt with numerous agents, most of which are shockingly inapt. I've been a client of Jennings & Barrett for 5 years+ and I've only ever received quality honest service at the right price. The team are efficient and the tradesman when required do what they say they'll do at a realistic fee. Having a good agent managing your portfolio makes a big difference when dealing with numerous tenants in numerous locations. I highly recommend Jennings & Barrett.

Jennings & Barrett have been managing a number of investment properties for me for some years now. They are very professional, efficient and approachable. Jennings & Barrett look after a couple of properties for me. I get regular updates on issues that arise and the actions that have been taken. At all times the staff act in a professional and knowledgeable way and nothing seems to be an issue. I would not hesitate to recommend them to manage a property portfolio.

We sold our first home through Jennings and Barrett, having asked a few agents to assist we went with Jennings and Barrett for there honest and professional approach. They took the stress out of the sales process by keeping us up to date and informed every step of the way. needless to say when we were selling again we contacted Jennings and Barrett to deal with the sale. I have been having problems with a tenant for several years.
I went online for some advice and guidance but was not confident enough to act on my findings. Whilst discussing my problems with a tradesman, I was recommended Jennings. Within a few days of me calling them, Katie came out to see me. Since then they have taken over management and deal directly with the tenants issues. Katie and Lucy have always replied to my emails promptly.

If you value your holding deposit seek an alternative letting agent. This is what to expect: Communication that is beyond poor, you will be left in limbo on the progress of your application. You will have to threaten and be prepared to follow up with legal action before you get taken seriously or get a semblance of a response. It would be more prudent to find an ad in a store window than to use this company and that says a lot. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!

Never felt so desperate and neglected when dealing with an agency. Avoid.

Edit in response to reply: This is the first I'm hearing that we did not meet tenancy requirements as we were never informed of any requirements or told why our application was rejected despite repeated phone calls and emails asking for updates (which were ignored). We were also told our application was sent right away with no issue, but you're now suggesting you either did not send it or advised the landlord not to agree to it? This review is the most contact we've had from you throughout the whole process. Disgusting behaviour.

Worst agency I had to deal with, the agent Alicia was very unprofessional, unresponsive and unhelpful. I do not recommend it at all!
