We have just bought a property through Peter Clarke,
It wasn’t the most straight forward purchase however the team at Wellesbourne were extremely helpful and supportive all the way through.
I’d like to give a a special mention to Viv who looked after us from the start. It felt as though Viv went above and beyond to get any issues sorted as quickly as possible and was fantastic with communicating between us and other parties involved. Viv kept us updated constantly and made the whole process less stressful for us.
Overall we feel that Peter Clarke Wellesbourne is a superb estate agent, very professional and most importantly for us, great at communicating.

I am writing this review because of the exceptional service I have had from Peter Clarke at Wellesbourne.

I have sold many houses previously but have never had service like this.

Vivienne was always on the case, chasing up whoever needed chasing up to keep things moving, and keeping me informed with regular updates.

She was always courteous and professional and her dedication, even on her days off, really helped things go smoothly and took a lot of the stress off me.

With Vivienne I felt I had someone in my corner making sure everything was taken care of. If I needed a personal secretary I would want someone like her, although I suspect they would be difficult to find.

For the first time I feel that my estate agent has really earned their commission and I cannot recommend them enough.
