Jonathan in particular was excellent and managed our sale expertly, displaying genuine enthusiasm and energy and really making us feel that our sale mattered to him and the team. He was very easy to talk to and I felt able to have open and honest conversations with him at every stage, and it was easy to work through any issues as a result. He was very ably supported by his office team, and in particular Lauren and Nina were very good throughout. Everyone kept us fully informed at every stage and they were always polite, friendly and extremely helpful. Last but not least the benefit of Simon's expertise and advice was also invaluable.
