My experience comes from living near challenge properties over the past 30 years. Absolute nightmare. So much that it's now affecting my mental health. Multiple people coming and going. 3 cars to one mid terraced house. Building big wooden structures in the garden to sit outside and be noisy all night in the summer. Not to mention the dog breeding and the dogs kept outside and barking late at night and in the very early morning. I've become practically a recluse. Not feeling welcome on my own street.

My experience comes from living near challenge propertie. I emailed them about the problem, but them respond was that is not them problem, becouse the tenants who rents the property have to take all responsibility and they not going to do anything about it. By the way, that property belongs to the director of Challenge.
There has been quite a long time since our last conversation on the phone , however you still haven't taken any measures to solve the problem. Since you didn't take any measures about this I had to contact the Borough Council and Citizens Advice Bureau for further actions to be taken , they have advised me as the first step to send you an Email and wait for your action to solve the problem. The problem is that like you mentioned before the house is owned by your company director where her tenant lives there. The tenants that live there, they keep on putting their soil ,rubble and other waste near our fences, which have been pushing our fences and the concrete fence posts. Which automatically means that they are damaging our property and we expect that the house owner will take the responsibility for our fences by putting the fence posts in the pre-existing place. Also some of the rubble and soil has entered into our garden and we wish that they would also take it out from our garden. Like I already mentioned before on the phone, we took out the panels because we have small pets and children which could endanger them if the fence falls onto them , as they were already barely hanging. The reason why we can't put the fence panels back is because the fence posts are out of place and the soil and rubble are falling into our garden , which then doesn't let us put the panels back in as the rubble and soil are in the way. If there won't be any action taken we will be forced to take further action which has been recommended to us.

Knowing a few tenants all I hear the following-
Odd jobbing-shortcuts…. Not a proper job because it’s to much for the landlord but at rent being 400-1000+ you would think they would want a long term solution but clearly is not the case
Great staff-all about the service easy process but I Wouldn’t expect any action

£££££-once moved in it’s finalised then don’t expect any promises made prior to it (investment in tenants so they stay longer doesn’t appear transparent)

Hope this helps and from seeing the replies I’m expecting to be told policies ,sorry any issues speak to general manager or to leave out of it.

Leaving a 5 star review to say a massive thankyou to the estates department our old back boiler stopped working on Wednesday late evening we rang Thursday morning and explained the situation and that our 5 year old had just had a tonsillectomy done they had paul a gas engineer out that day but unfortunately they couldn't get the parts anymore for the boiler and engineer suggested a combi be put in, agreed straight away and Saturday morning a great team provided that service meanwhile the team at Challenge provided heaters to keep us warm, we carnt thank everyone involved enough for all your hard work from the team at challenge to the engineers we are greatful for everything
