It's been a year since I had unfortunately dealt with the agency. I had looked through the reviews and noticed the agency makes happy so many people they even leave their feedbacks several times! My experience however was not pleasant at all, having left me with some health issues. I would not call the agents professional and I find it's hard to trust them after what I had been through. At first the impression they had made was good but at the end it all went really wrong. It has left me with an unpleasant feeling and I started asking my friends in the area if they have experiences anything like that. I was impressed to find out that there were many who actually had felt the same way. I would very carefully consider if I were to deal with them again and would prefer not to. I went with another agency at the end and was rather pleased.

Jay, Jack, James and the rest of the team at Havilands were fantastic. Calm professional and reassuring throughout. Jay, in particular, was phenomenal in keeping us updated and making sure everything continued to progress even when we were faced with other parties (not the buyer) going quiet. He continually went the extra mile calling people involved and making things happen when we were struggling to get a response. A huge thank you!

It was very easy to deal with Havilands, they are extremely efficient. I appreciated the fact that good communication was a priority and at all times I felt like they had my best interests in the forefront of their minds. I would definitely deal with them again in the future.
