Fantastic experience instructing McDowalls to do a leasehold valuation. Chris was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to go over my situation and offer thoughtful and actionable advice. Everyone else I dealt with was helpful and efficient. Would definitely recommend their surveying service.

Excellent service and competitive prices. It was easy to book the valuation appointment, the surveyor arrived as planned, was very polite and friendly. The report was delivered promptly. I would definitely recommend and would use again in the future.

I wish I could give 10 stars. This is my 3rd time using McDowalls and they deliver excellent service every time. Jayne was so helpful and got me booked in right away. Mohammed came to do the valuation and was on time and extremely professional. They aim to deliver the report as soon as possible and anytime I rang I got through to Jayne who was able to give me an update. I would 100% recommend to anyone as they are the best!!!!
