I have been working with the lettings team since October 2021, after my first tenant stayed in my property for 12 months I am now onto my second as the previous tenant opted to purchase their own home. I can honestly say I have not found one fault with the team which includes Jackie, Louise Karen and sometimes Andrew, the team are responsive always on hand to help to swiftly solve repairs needed within my property as and when they pop up, which is something as property investor you have to understand comes with the Territory. I love working with the lettings team there checks pre and post move in and out is of a high standard. Look forward to working with the team going into 2023 and beyond, highly recommend!

I have been through a number of agents in Crewe. Andrew and his team are leagues ahead of the competition. Professional service, always responsive and reliable. Valuer was pleasant untill I told him his valuation was very wrong. He valued my house for what I paid for it 3 years ago and then said I over paid! We had another estate agent that sold my neighbours house value it 75k more than you did. We had the mortgage company value it 8 months ago for 50k more than you valued it and they usually come in lower than actual sale prices. No idea what your valuer was thinking or where he got his data. He said it was not worth what I thought because we JUST had 4 double bedrooms, a kitchen, lounge, 1 ensuite and a single garage! Apparently you can get a double garage, 2 ensuite, large south facing garden, 4 double bedrooms in a village location for £350k well if you have any for sale at that low price then sign me up!
