We have currently just rented a property through Redbrik and they have been absolutely amazing throughout, cannot fault a thing. From the moment we viewed the property right to getting the keys they have been so helpful and efficient. Any questions we had they would get back to us always the same day if not the same hour even! This is currently our 4th house so not new to the Estate Agent experience, but this one was not great! Do not pay upfront, less stressful if you just burn the £495. Communication was poor and inconsistent; not all staff coming up with same version of information. Only used them as they sold the property in 2019. Wouldn't use again.
