Having used Sean Heaney several times over the years and recently sold through this agent again, we can recommend Sean Heaney and his team very highly indeed. We found Sean to be very honest and communication has been excellent throughout the selling process. We found all his staff to be polite and courteous and went the extra mile to achieve a sale and to ensure everything went through smoothly. We were impressed with the number of appointments that were booked , with 100% turning up too , no messing about. We could tell that the people who viewed were genuinely interested in buying our home and had been well informed on the phone before viewing. We found the expertise of the staff helpful in negotiating offers to achieve the best price for our property. Subsequently to agreeing a sale, Sean guided the sale through to exchange with expertise making sure that we knew what was happening every step of the way. I brought my house from Sean Heaney 15 years ago, the property was derelict so therefore the buying process was not straight forward. Sean and his team responded quickly and efficiently to all enquires and went over and above to cooperate with our lawyer to deal with a complicated completion. Sean Heaney and his team were extremely professional and we had no doubt that we would use him again to sell our house. We were out the country while our property was on the market Sean had the keys to our house to arrange his viewings. He communicated by email regularly to keep us informed of the viewings, we found him to be extremely trustworthy, reliable and very efficient with his communication and with the responsibility of our home. The negative stereotype of estate agents couldn't be further from our experience, which was outstanding from start to finish. Our main point of contact was Luke who was an incredible support, offering us honestly and integrity at every stage. Luke and his colleagues, Gary, Antonia and Angela were friendly and professional at all times. Every sale of a property has a back story , in this case the sale of a long-standing family home. The team were sensitive and supportive throughout, liaising with all parties in a helpful manner, striving to achieve the best outcome for all concerned. The property was listed late February 2021 and despite the complications caused by the pandemic the sale was agreed within just two months. The team ensured that all practical matters were addressed taking into account the fact that the property was vacant and family members were not local. Keys made available , neighbours were liaised with and utility readings were taken at the appropriate time.
