Marie-Elise was friendly, helpful, kept us updated, and always there for us whenever we needed anything or had any queries (and quick to respond too). Ralph James were brilliant from start to finish during the sale of our house. Robin and Ashley were always at the end of the phone or a text to keep us updated and reassured throughout. The market changed a bit between our initial valuation and when we were ready to list so we ended up getting a little less than we’d hoped for, but that’s life! Ralph James has been awesome! From day one, they've assisted us on the process of letting a property and it's been a smooth process until we move in to the property. They're professional, easy to deal with and was always available to answer our questions. One time, we had an issue in our flat ( our doorknob was broken) and they're quickly fix the problem!
