A great local estate agency who are extremely trustworthy and don’t play any games! We bought our first property with Christopher Rawlinson & Co and it was a really smooth process and Jayne made the whole thing extremely easy. Great communication and lovely agents. Would definitely recommend!

We saw a few properties with Sade, she is one of the most professional agents we have come across. She informed us of details about each property in depth and followed up with each property for feedback. Very happy with the service.

So bad, that I gave up on Day One.

Dealt with the Rawlinson Man who did not seem driven to help me at all and ultimately sent me a list of Rentals.

Then a staff member put me on a mailing list for properties on sale, nothing at all like what I was looking for, with the lead in; here are a list of properties that you might be interested in.? How would she know what I was interested in? Nobody asked.

I enquired regarding a specific property. I was chain free and ready to go.

I would give these people Zero stars if I could.

Had an appointment booked, made me wait 20 minutes and no one turned up to viewing. I called several times, no response. Went outside the estate agents and I saw the agent asleep behind his desk. Shocking customer service.
