Don't rent a house off them, they will 'attempt' to rip you off at the end and take money out of your deposit for stains and mould that was there to begin with! Stay away, certain members of staff have no clue

Woolley and Wallis gave us a sensible valuation, sold our property efficiently and were a pleasure to deal with. Professional, pleasant and reliable. If you are selling try this team. They always responded swiftly, and were hugely helpful in assisting with clearance and cleaners when needed.

Being an estate agent myself, expectations were high! From the moment we had our offer accepted to the day we got the keys, Richard kept us constantly in touch with updates, issues and went into incredibe depth to source information and resolve a potentially major issue with a party wall.

My 1st time at a live auction, I found them all very friendly and professional people through out the process, I DID do a lot of home work and phone calls before my visit , which certainly paid off , as things do move quickly, I think they say they can do 50 to 60 lots a hour , so you need to have your wits about you, if you're like me a newcomer , I managed to be successful on most of the items I had my eye on , I even had a successful bid on something I only saw at the viewing a great result all round for me . Great company to deal with!

As a client who sold a large amount of furniture and other works of art, I cannot recommend too highly . Outstanding level of knowledge, integrity and helpfulness from the whole team involved.

Always very friendly and helpful. Love Woolley's but my bank balance doesn't. A good place to buy unique, high quality antiques and fine art.

We're looking to buy a house right now. Unfortunately it's a seller's market and this is showing with some estate agents. We have had good relations with Woolley and Wallis (Fordingbridge) as they sold our old house. We consider them to be a high quality company and there are some great people there.
The issue we have had is that there has been one agent at Salisbury (and one at Fordingbridge) who when they show us round have been completely indifferent/uninterested in selling the property. My take on it is that as there are a high number of buyers around these individuals don't have to do anything. Kind of a 'I don't give a **** what you think of the property, it's going to sell anyway' attitude. I'm sure this isn't limited to W&W to be fair. Forewarned is forearmed!

I wouldn't want to put anyone off though, there are some really great and friendly agents at Woolley and Wallis Salisbury who will do a good job and they do sell properties where others fail.
