Lucy has been hugely enthusiastic, professional and optimistic throughout and she has been very well supported by charming and efficient staff in the Salisbury office. Importantly, they have worked hard to chivvy all parties between offers being accepted and completion. We are very grateful to all the Hamptons staff in Salisbury.

The lettings department at Hamptons we exceptional, excellent communication, prompt and utterly helpful. We felt Jenny was completely on our side and was always so bright and cheerful. We have had some pretty bad experiences with Agents, non of that at all with Jenny & Hamptons. 100% Happy

I just moved into a property with the help of Hamptons estate agents and I can’t say 1 fault with them I have been helped by Sally she has been so helpful, anything I need I know I can ask her. Just an all round great company they also offer a service called just move in which helps with setting up council tax electric gas etc for free.

If the Salisbury office functioned in the way we were initially promised, and as the web site and brochures suggest, then our sale would have gone more smoothly and faster.
It was shocking to find the first two viewers in the 4 days since listing whisked away to view an off-the-market, discreetly available property before they had returned for their second viewing with us. I gave notice to terminate the contract at that point. I am not paying Hamptons nearly £10,000 to sell someone else’s house.
A sale was arranged however the chain involved was not exactly as portrayed to us and this eventually created difficulties and delays.
Problems further up the chain are not the responsibility of Hamptons but when these were resolved I phoned and wrote to Hamptons specifically asking for the lower end of the chain to be reconfirmed and checked for completeness. Despite promises that they had I discovered 3 weeks later that emails were sent but not followed up, and we encountered further delays whilst the bottom end of the chain dealt with pre-contract issues that should have been resolved months ago and on one of the many likely days for exchange of contracts renegotiated their price.
Hamptons bill was sent to my conveyancer about 10 minutes after exchange of contracts. Good to see they are efficient in some areas if not others.
We met some very nice people at Hamptons including one who was really impressive. But Hamptons really need to make sure all their delivery lives up to all their promises.

I recently completed a move with Hampton's Salisbury. I rarely leave reviews, but this company have been excellent and have exceeded my expectations. My contact, Charlie, has been exceptional, from keeping me updated, to wishing me well on moving day, and calling a few days after to ensure all went ok, she really has been 5 star, as have everyone involved along the way. Thank you Hamptons.

Having worked with other letting agents, I must say that we are truly happy with the great service, attention and care we have received from Jenny Glover and Sally of Salisbury Hamptons. They have really taken care of us and we have let four properties through them. Great Tenants every time!.. They are very strict with the vetting protocol and match the tenant extremely well. We high recommend the Salisbury Team and Jenny Is just incredible! What a great great service!!!

Jaime from Hamptons was very efficient with the sale of our property with clear communication and planning for viewing etc. Right from the day 1 - taking the photographs, drafting the details of the property and up to sale of the property within 3 months was a smooth journey. Wish Hamptons for more and more success in their business.
