Excellent 5 stars, I would give more if I could!! Highly recommend if you want an agent that cares!!

I recently registered with more than 12 estate agents to find a property to rent after my current landlord dropped the bomb on me that she’s sold the property I’m in and then gave me notice to move out, a couple of weeks before Christmas and in the middle of a cost of living crisis! If it wasn’t for Aspen and in particular Cameron, who has really taken the time and effort and care to understand my situation and what I’m looking for, I would be stranded and no doubt homeless. He has helped me more than I can describe, to find a suitable long term home for me, my daughter and our little dog who is very important to us. His communication has been impeccable, keeping me regularly informed and updated along the way. He has been meticulous in reassuring me which has put my mind at ease, he’s held my hand every step of the way, dealing with emails, phone calls and negotiations late into the evening. I feel Cameron has gone over and beyond the call of duty as an estate agent, I am so very grateful to him, for all his expertise, knowledge care and perseverance!

Very professional and courteous customer service. Paperwork and other things were sorted out very quickly, without unnecessary delays. Gavin helped me with purchasing my new home and I was very happy with the whole experience. He was very friendly, efficient and professional and he continued to be so even after the sale had been completed, for anything that came up.
