EweMove Estate Agents in Salisbury

I am so delighted I decided to use Malcolm White at EweMove to sell my city centre apartment. Malcolm is by far the most professional estate agent in Salisbury. The apartment went under offer at full asking price within 3 weeks of marketing. The apartment above went on with a different agent at the same time and is yet to have an offer despite them reducing the price. I think that says it all. Highly recommended. Malcolm and EweMove are a cut above.

Ewe move did exactly what it says on the tin and worked to get a buyer in place and keep them interested. All staff were accessible, courteous and knowledgeable. The price attained was exactly what they had estimated at the start. No false or exaggerated figures! The only criticism and advise for others is not to use their suggested solicitors, but find your own! You would probably get a swifter and more interested service. However, the progress chasers that were used through them (ASAPT, I think) were excellent.

I have been working with the team at EweMove Salisbury for nearly a year. They are true professionals, and experts in the field! Their communication is fantastic and make you feel very welcomed. These guys are great!!

My experience with Ewe Move (Lettings) has unfortunately left a sour taste in my mouth for ever renting future properties again.

When issues were raised, it took an unnessacery amount of time to be resolved (6+ months on some occasions). Some were never fixed in the 2 years we were at the property.

It seemed unless it benefitted them in some way, we would always struggle to get quick responses.

The offices are always closed, you never get through to the right person and have to put in so much effort to get anything done.

Wouldnt reccomend 🙂
