We are very grateful for the Mather marshal and team especially the sales Negotiator Sam Cox and the Hatfield Sales director Duncan Duffy. Their attention to detail, support provided and professionalism was outstanding and all the assistance received during the sale process outstanding service keep up the good work. Believe it or not we had completed full transaction in 4 weeks of time. And in house mortgage advisor Nikki fantastic on the mortgage service. Quality service when buying our first family home. I don't think its too late to write review for Mather marshal, just I took little bit time to write solid review as they deserve this post on their website. We had our late parents property on the market for over a year when someone recommended using Mather Marshall . Duncan was honest and straight forward. Their fee is not the cheapest in the area but also not the most expensive but I must stress that it is worth every penny and they do go the extra mile. They got viewings, set up a family "Whatsapp " group with updates, which was fantastic for my Brother who lives in New York and they sold the property within a month.
When we had some unusual issues with the land registry and rather than loose the sale, they suggested renting the property to our buyer until completion, which was a fantastic idea, rather than loose the sale.
