I have found the agent I spoke to (Daniel) very friendly and quick to respond. He was able to give honest advice about suitability of a property for my situation. I really liked the 'no pressure' approach; I was advised not to rush into anything. Although I was unable to find a property at this point in time, I wouldn't hesitate in contacting them again for future properties.

As a landlord of a property in Stroud managed by leaders over the past couple of years, the service has been truly appalling.

Extremely poor communication - emails and phone calls left unanswered for days.

Zero internal communication and record-keeping.

In the case of an emergency leak, the branch was uncontactable.

I would highly recommend avoiding Leaders and using another agency.

My experience as a first time But to Let landlord with Leaders has been great. David in Stroud, talked me through the in's and out's and even came to view potential properties with me. I was steered away from my original property purchase (which, when shown how the figures stacked up, would have been a mistake) and ended up buying two lovely properties. Leaders then found fantastic tenants and completed the financial checks and both properties were let immediately for maximum rental value with no problems. The process could not have been easier I thoroughly recommend.

Dealt with David in the Stroud office who listened to what we were after and provided us with some great advice of where specifically to look in the area and his personal recommendations were spot on. He was really helpful throughout and keen to make sure he delivered us exactly what we were looking for. Absolutely brilliant advice and couldn’t have asked for a better service. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a rental in the Stroud area.

Daniel has been fantastic, he provided a very concise virtual tour of the property, clearly showing every room and pointing out features I would have missed just from looking at pictures. He has also been very prompt at replies, even though I’m sure the agency is very busy at this difficult time. Although this property wasn’t suitable for myself and my partner I hope to find one through this agency as so far the search has been easy and stress free.
