Bourne Estate Agents became like a family to me when we bought a new house in Woking, Surrey. When I became unwell and had to move out of our house, Bourne let the house for us and managed the property perfectly, including throughout Lockdown.
In 2022 Bourne sold for us the property and achieved an excellent sale price for us. They were very supportive and even after Completion we have continued to rely on them for information we require as previous clients.

If I could give more than 5 stairs for Bourne Estate agents (Woking) I would. The whole team there have been amazing from start to finish in the selling of my property. I had my property on with another agent for 6 month and it wasn’t selling. Within 1 month of being with Bourne it sold. They go out and find the buyers instead of other estate agents who just sit there and wait. I will only buy and sell now with Bourne as they really are a whole different standard of estate agent. Andy and his team are friendly, approachable and always keep you in the loop of what is happening with your property. Go and use Bourne! You won’t be disappointed.
