I have used John Nash for over ten years as my letting agent. They have always been friendly, helpful, efficient and very professional. As I don’t live in Amersham I have always trusted them to see to my tenants’ needs and they have never disappointed. I would highly recommend them.

We've been tenants with John Nash for over 2 years. It's been very smooth, any issues (repairs etc) have always been dealt with promptly. Now we've just bought our house through them and they made the sales process go without a hitch liaising with solicitors and seller and updating as and when needed. It's been great working with their lovely team!

John Nash was great to work with, even as a buyer. They really took care of us! Laura was amazing and Ian was very helpful as well. I'd really recommend.

John Nash was the estate agent managing the purchase of our new home. We’re first time buyers and John Nash have been brilliant in helping us, guiding us, advising us and basically holding our hands throughout the whole process. We’ve requested numerous amounts of extra viewings over weekends, and they always accommodated with no issues. Ian, Laura and Denise have been a HUGE help to us, and have made what is a stressful exercise that bit easier and bit nicer, for which we are very grateful. When the time comes for us to sell, it will be John Nash we go to. There’s a very genuine and kind feeling and atmosphere with this Estate Agents, which after viewing many different properties with many different agencies, we’ve quickly come to learn is a rare find. I was a tenant of John Nash in Amersham for around 5 1/2 years. I found the team to be very friendly and, whilst they were quick to resolve any issues that arose they also left me alone to enjoy my tenancy without interference I've rented for many years and they are one of the best Agencies I've had to deal with. When my current circumstances change, I shall definitely be contacting them to see if I can rent another property through them.

I bought my home in Amersham from Ian 24 years ago and received excellent service. This year (through lockdown) John Nash sold my home. The service and communication I received was outstanding. All the staff are helpful but a special thank you to Ian and Denise.

Worst rental experience we've ever had. Landlord was useless - none of our issues were fixed quickly and the letting agent made no real progress on any of the issues even though we chased multiple times per month. We ended the contract asap and decided to rent through another agency.

When we collected the keys the house hadn't been cleaned even though there was a two week gap between tenants. The kitchen cupboards contained empty bottles of alcohol and everywhere was dirty.

After chasing on the issues we were experiencing (broken toilet flush / no wardrobes / no keys for windows / leaking ceiling / no bins) the letting agent was actually quite rude and unprofessional. Considering we were spending a considerable sum each month this was unacceptable. To add insult to injury, they even tried (unsuccessfully) to deduct some of our deposit at the end of the tenancy.

No idea where the good reviews came from, maybe if you were buying they would be ok but after our experience I wouldn't risk it. Renting was bad enough so would definitely not buy with John Nash.
