A very professional approach from the outset. From the moment that I engaged Bourne Estate Agents to handle my sale they acted extremely professionally all the way. From marketing my house, through handling all the viewings to acceptance of offer and to exchange of contracts everyone at Bourne who was involved in the process kept me fully informed and updated me all the way through. They have a very friendly team who all worked with me throughout the process and particular mention to Jim Norman for his personal approach. I would highly recommend Bourne Estate Agents.

We got our first house thanks to Bourne Estate Agents! Actually, just took the key from their office a few hours ago. :) They helped us a lot from the start. I am so grateful since I feel like they’re very sincere to help us get the house we wanted. They also sent us emails as soon as a property that ticked our list was going to be available on the market (location, number of rooms and the price we were willing to pay).

Even if I haven’t met them yet, they all sounded so approachable and nice on the phone every time we speak with them. They are very trustworthy too!

Upon seeing them today, we were greeted with their smiles and they have congratulated us along with a really nice box. We felt really special.

They also referred us to an awesome mortgage advisor and helped the process go fast and smooth.

Bourne are no ordinary estate agents!! Over the course of 9 months they nursed us through 2 buyers, 3 sellers and several potential nervous breakdowns :0) in our attempt to relocate from Guildford to Chester. David and his team were always available via email or phone and advised and supported us through difficult decisions. It sounds cliched but they really did go above and beyond what is expected to get our sale over the line.....for example chasing solicitors further up the chain on their supposed day off. I cannot recommend the Bourne boys enough and will miss them once we move. Their rates are competitive too.

Caitlin, David and the team at Bourne in Guildford were great from the start. They give a personal, comfortable and professional feel to the whole process and I had no problems - they were always there to answer any questions and provide any help. Nothing felt like a problem, even when I was being unorganised and at times useless! They guided me through it all very well. It was/is a great service with a competitive rate in comparison to other agents. It’s a 5 star from me and a massive thank you, would recommend the team to anyone!

For several years, Bourne acted for me, on a full service basis, while I was a landlord for a flat in Guildford and then when I came to sell the same flat. Service throughout both roles was seamless and excellent. It was, by far, the most satisfactory experience I have had with an estate agency.

Apppointed Bourne as letting agent because I was impressed by Caitlin and Kathryne. Kathryne looked after the day to day matters and was excellent in providing detailed updates of viewings and potential tenants. She represented the property well to prospective tenants and always had my best interest in mind.
I appreciated her efforts and will follow her where she will be the next time I need an agent.

Second time we have used Bourne, buying our first house and then selling it again through them when we were ready to move on.
