Romans Letting & Estate Agents Staines

I really had a fantastic experience working with Romans and specifically want to call out the service received from Liburn Popova​. I recently relocated to UK and it was my first interaction with a letting agent and Liburn so nice and patient to hear what exactly I was looking for and provided all the information's required for renting a property. I will highly recommend Liburn and he has a great future ahead. All the best!

It's rare to find Estate Agents who are seemingly considerate to all parties in the area of letting, and until the law changes, people will always run the risk of being exposed and let down in the crucial area of finding somewhere to live.

We had a very tricky situation to deal with, and our agent, Akash, along with his colleague Tom, were brilliant. They was consistently clear, direct and courteous in everything they did for us, managing our expectations fairly, and being calm and generous in helping us where they could.

They also seemed to be good representatives of the landlord, giving context to issues that were faced in advance of us being able to move in, and making sure everything remained professional, positive and comms were open.

I think if we hadn't had Akash looking after us, we would have made different choices, but even with the difficulties we faced (which were to do with the tenant and a different Estate Agent), we were lucky enough to be able to make temporary alternative arrangement and are now - FINALLY - in a lovely place that we are really happy with.

Stress was unavoidable, but at no time did we feel anything other than treated as a good family looking for a nice home. Akash was instrumental in this, and is an absolute asset to Romans, along with Tom.

Estate Agents often don't have a very good reputation in the public eye (and certainly having dealt with a few, you can tell why) but Romans Staines are a good reason to revise that opinion. If I was a landlord, I would definitely want them representing me. As a tenant, I'm very grateful we had them looking after us.

Very happy with Romans overall. Acheema was outstanding in his service- very approachable and he fought for us to get the place we wanted. He made us feel appreciated and we got the end result we wanted. Would highly recommend.

Renters be careful, they will not let to you unless you have a employment contract clearly stating that you are FULL TIMER or if you pay 6 months in advance. Any other contract is accepted as zero income. Absolute disappointment. Especially "Assistant Manager" telling people there is nothing else Renters can do. Conveniently the manager is away.

absolutely dissapointed with this agency, was waiting 1 week before they could get in touch with landlord texted everyday to find out what was happening, and in the end got stiched up as the property was rented to someone else, dont recommend this agency at all.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I recently used Romans to let out my property in Staines-Upon-Thames and have been delighted with the service they provided. I advertised my property through their website after a really thorough and helpful meeting with one of their estate agents, Akash. This was my first experience of leasing out a property and Akash took the time to explain all the services they could provide in great detail and advised me based on his experience which was so helpful. I actually liaised with three estate agents in the area to advertise my property, but Romans stood out above the rest. The tenant moved in just as the lockdown was enforced and I was worried about the continuity of service. But Romans dealt with everything professionally and efficiently. When there were any issues to be resolved, another estate agent, Alex has been very helpful in getting things done during the lockdown.

I’ve recently been helped by Heather who has gone above and beyond to provide an excellent customer service, particularly helping me when my boiler broke down and I was having trouble getting a British Gas engineer to come out to fix it. She is always really happy to help with any query. She deals with everything very quickly and efficiently - no complaints!

I’ve had excellent customer service from Jessica Phillips, my property manager who has dealt with all my queries efficiently and effectively. I really appreciate her going above and beyond to sort things out.

I had recently rented a property in Staines with Romans. My experience with Romans have been fantastic. Special mention to Akash a true professional, who helped me through my move in process. He was very patient with my queries from time to time and has a very helpful, calm and approachable nature.
