I used Hamptons to rent out my place. Philip did a thorough job of outlining a fair rental value, marketed the property effectively to appropriate tenants, and delivered good tenants quickly. Throughout the process, Philip exceeded my expectations in making the process as hassle-free as possible. I have recently been introduced to Joe, the property manager. While it is early days he has already impressed me with his helpfulness and and willingness and ability to solve problems quickly. I would use them again.

Had an interesting experience a year ago with this agency. Short story long, did a virtual tour, passed the checks, secured with deposit, only to discover the flat had serious mold issues 2 weeks before moving in. Good handling of the case and accountability from the agency to cancel and refund then, but the inconvenience up to that point was undoubtedly a weighting factor. Would give them another chance, cause of the staff.

In letting my property, I needed an agent that was very knowledgeable about the house location, could energetically and creatively market a quite unique house, and are the go to agent for premium properties in the area.
