I believe it’s the people that make the company and regarding Felicity J. Lord I unfortunately had to deal with a few people that were very unhelpful, but this review is for a person that was so great I believe she brings up the rating for the whole company by herself. Chrystal Angus was not only incredibly patient and helpful towards us, she was kind and always listened to our needs and helped us sort our problems in the quickest and most efficient way possible. Most importantly she always treated us with kindness and respect, which is something that I rarely had the pleasure to deal with in my 7 years of renting in London. I truly believe renting in London would be such a better experience if there were more people like Chrystal.

James and the team at Felicity J. Lord have been exceptional from start to finish with our recent house purchase. Several complicating factors made the process a little trickier than we'd hoped but we were consummately guided in the right direction in each case. The communication was always straight forward, polite and prompt. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this agency and particularly James.

I was very pleased and surprised with the entire process of renting a flat with Felicity J Lord Islington. I dealt with Freddy Ludwig who was always very friendly, professional and quick at replying to any questions I had before moving in, even if that included having to exchange some messages back and forth with the previous tenant to get some of my doubts answered. Their online portal is also a good way to keep transparency of the process.

On move in day there was a third party company responsible for reporting the inventory and I was also very impressed about the level of detail and accuracy included in the report.

Hopefully there'll be no issues during the tenancy, but so far I've been very happy with the experience!

We have had the best experience with Rob Jermain being our estate agent. He has taken the time to show us great properties and has been really informative about the whole process (and we have had lots of questions as we are first time home buyers). We had a very long process getting our flat due to some unforeseen delays that could not be helped, but James Spencer-Price helped us get over the line and ensured our chain stayed in tact! He was also extremely helpful with replies and making himself available to get access/view the flat multiple times at very short notice. Would highly recommend using Felicity and James.
