I cannot fault the service at all from Gould & Harrison. I was very careful in selecting the right agent to sell my home and plumped for an independent over a chain and I’m so glad I did! Lee handled my sale and I‘ve got nothing but praise for his professionalism, knowledge and friendliness. Lee kept me up to date throughout the whole process, was never slow in responding to my queries, remain calm when I started to lose my head at times, and all-round good guy. Lee was very honest in his assessment of the market and the realistic price I would achieve for the house (compared to another agent who tried to tempt me by suggesting my house was worth way over the market price). I achieved a good price for my sale and the whole process was quick and efficient. Lee also took his time the give me advice on properties outside of the area which he had no involvement with! One of the best estate agents I’ve dealt with and this is from somebody who is very cynical of the profession! I would highly recommend Gould & Harrison if buying or selling in the local area.

This was my first house that I was selling and from the first initial appointment; Gould & Harrison have been amazing to deal with. I dealt with many different estate agents throughout the buying process and it really did become clear how good G&H are, especially compared to their competitors. Regular updates and upfront honest advice with no beating around the bush. Lee has been ultra professional throughout and Jo has been amazing with keeping me updated. I really cannot recommend these highly enough, and have already referred a friend to them.

They helped us out during our sale and purchase (they were the estate agent for both properties) and were an invaluable source of advice and help. We initially choose Gould and Harrison as my parents knew Nigel Gould and we felt that they also had the best presence in the Ashford area. After our initial meeting with Lee I was convinced that this would be the correct decision. Lee has invaluable experience and a straight talking approach which we value. He quickly knew how to market our property and was always sending suitable propertys to view that met our criteria. We also then dealt with Andy day to day who had the upmost paitience with having to sell our property twice and our longer than average completetion. Andy has years of experience and this was obvious throughout the process. He also has a calming relaxed demeanour which certainly helped during the stressful parts of our sale. The whole team are a well run slick machine and it is quite clear why they are the top Estate agent in the Ashford area.
