I am a first time landlord and spoke to a few different estate agencies to manage my rental property. I decided to go with Habitans and it was definitely the best decision I made. From the very first time meeting James I knew my property would be in safe hands. He was reassuring, competent and very knowledgeable. From the start he managed all the legal requirements and helped get the property ready to rent.

Being a young landlord myself I could see that Habitans are very innovative with a dynamic, new and refreshing approach. They are extremely thorough in vetting tenants and several months later I have not had any issues with mine. James managed some minor odd jobs which needed to be done to the property very efficiently. Their communication is great and you can tell both James and Alistair are extremely passionate as they always go above and beyond to help, no matter how big or small the issue is. A real 1st Class service! I am in the process of purchasing another buy to let and look forward to a very long relationship with Habitans! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent, buy or sale their property!

Finding a student house is often a hard task, especially when it’s needed quickly. James and Alistair were super efficient in helping me and my friend with finding rooms. They always answered questions as soon as they could and made sure we knew what was happening in the stages before moving in.
