Had a great experience with Bairstow Eves. Me and my partner brought our first house together and Mollie was our point of contact. She was amazing throughout! Our sale seemed to take a while due to issues out of our control but Mollie was always on top of everything and would always be chasing for updates.
I can’t recommend her enough, we will be definitely be using Bairstow Eves again in the future for our next property!

She tried her upmost to sort everything before going on AL but unfortunately we had to exchange whilst she was away. Jessica met me at the property I planned to let through Bairstow Eves. I found her to be very polite and helpful. She had a very good knowledge of the legal requirements which she communicated clearly. She was very clear regarding the different packages Bairstow Eves had to offer. After consideration I decided to go for the fully managed deal. She was very clear regarding the fees in relation to this which I found to be great value. It took 11 days from meeting Jessica at my property to a tenancy agreement being in place. She obtained what I would consider to be a very reasonable rental income. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service received.
