Simpson and West Lettings

Would highly recommend Simpson and West Lettings to any friends and family. As first time renters Robert and Elaine have been very friendly and incredibly helpful in explaining the process and answering any queries we have had promptly and professionally.

Moved into my new property today and this agent could not have been more tenant focused or easy to deal with. Every step of the way was simple and hassle free, Robert was punctual and professional as well as personable. They also didn't take fees until the landlord had accepted the application and the fees are very reasonable. Would definately recommend.

It's first time I have used this estate agents when looking at renting privately and I am very impressed.
They kept me updated, are very knowledgeable and put me at ease, when I was panicking at one point.
They answered all my questions effectively, quickly and in plain english. Their fees they charge are easy to understand and reasonable.
I found them to be very helpful and I would totally recommend them.

The only part I do not like, is that they use Tenant Shop. (Never heard of this company.)
I am still waiting to hear from Tenant Shop by email (because I am deaf) to have utilities in my name. If you are quick like me to sort this kind of stuff out, then you will find Tenant Shop useless. I would have contacted the appropriate people (utilities) myself by now and so I feel very uneasy waiting any longer. If I don't hear from Tenant Shop by 5th October, I am doing it all myself.

I use Simpson and West for all my residential Lettings. Fast efficient service which by far exceeds previous companies I’ve used in the past. Excellent company to deal with.
