House vendor had moved back to Italy to live. Bairstow Eves used this as a chance to play off buyers and wouldn't accept offers unless they agreed to use their own (or another countrywide) convayancers and mortgage advisers

I am SO happy with the service provided by Sharon and Amy, they are so friendly and helpful. I was given upfront and honest information about properties and as a result found my dream place to rent! It is my first time renting by myself but the whole process was made very easy, they gave me honest advice when I asked and there were no hidden costs or drawbacks. Both Amy and Sharon were amazing through the whole process of moving into a property. I didnt quite beat the post with the first property I tried for but within a week they had messaged me with another place and then it was all systems go and I was moving in before I knew it. It all sailed through smoothly no stress or bother. One of the best moves I've had and I would recommend them to anyone.
