Efficient Professional Innovative Client Orientated
We sold our home through Preston Baker and the Sales Team Zoe and Olivia were very efficient. Their efforts and the fabulous photographs produced by Andrew resulted in us recieving an offer of over the asking within 1 day of the viewings.
The credit for taking the sale to Exchange of Contracts in 6 weeks and Completion in 10 weeks goes to Laura Hewitt the Progression Manager. Laura did a fantastic job by forming good relationships with us, our Buyers and the two solicitors so any issues were communicated and dealt with extremely efficiently. We cannot praise Laura highly enough as she was instrumental in making the whole process go incredibly smoothly.

We worked with PB Selby to sell our home and were initially looking to buy our next home in Selby. We met and signed up with Anna who was very professional and quick to get our property on the market. We then worked mainly with Zoe throughout who was always professional, calm, knowledgeable and very supportive. She is a great asset to the Selby team!! We also worked with Chloe who was also very professional and always helpful. Having experienced Strike throughout the process, we would never just go with the cheaper option as they were terrible. PB aren't the cheapest but we definitely felt supported and informed throughout, and through what can be a very stressful process, this was definitely worth paying for. Thank you team!! :)
