Completion update;
I completed on my purchase yesterday, and this was achieved very quickly, and could not have been done so without the amazing Lauren.

Once the offer was accepted, Lauren made contact to introduce herself as the contact for the completion. I was kept informed throughout the process, and even when there were issues to resolve, Lauren was straight onto them. the whole process from offer to completion was managed professionally and personally. A special mention goes to James also who originally showed me the property, and as I understand it, battled with the doors to resolve the lock issues, so thanks James.

Met with Maddy from the company who showed me 2 properties. Explained everything I needed to know, the good and the bad, and found her to be very articulate and professional. No hard sell, even though neither property fitted my needs, I would use this agency again.

Fantastic service, everyone in the office is so helpful and explain everything in thorough detail, selling my home has never felt so easy, achieved more than I expected, and helped me through the process of solicitors and looking for my next home. Charlie, Marcus, Mia and Connor have been great and Maddy and James on the viewings have been superb. I wouldn’t ever go anywhere else, a breath of fresh air!

I cannot fault my recent experience of Minors and Brady, Caister, in the sale of my parents house. They have been very efficient throughout and treated me with courtesy and respect, offering extremely valuable advice whenever I asked. They secured a number of viewings for the property within 2 days of it going live on the market and secured the sale of the house on the third day. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Currently selling, pleased with how quick Minors got things up and running. Great communication with the staff, mostly with Mia who is always very friendly and helpful. Had a viewing with Maddy and she was very patient, didn’t feel like I had to rush and was very helpful and knowledgeable on advising on questions I had.

Tina showed excellent professionalism and enthusiasm when valuing our house. Brad took stunning photos and Shania produced an lovely clear brochure (and was quick and efficient with requested changes). We did not hesitate in selecting Minors and Brady to sell our property and happily recommend to others.

Had a wonderful day viewing houses under the guidance of Chloe! Super helpful and a really chatty understanding personality. Was great talking to her through the viewings telling her things we liked and disliked, helping towards finding exactly what we want. I have had a very positive experience with the sales team in Caister. I mainly dealt with Connor who was very professional and helpful.

From the first step of having my house valued, the pictures taken for listing to arranging viewings was great. I have now exchanged contracts today and completing next week. I can highly recommend Minors and Brady.
