Made an appointment to view an empty property and the agent would meet us there. Over a few days I had two text messages (from a short code address that did not accept replies) confirming - including one at 07:34 on a Saturday. A further text message on the day asking me to confirm by phone, so I did. On arrival at the property five mins before the appointment, nobody there. Knocked on the door, nothing. Waited for fifteen minutes, nothing. Phoned the office several times, nothing but a message effectively saying "we're too busy to answer" and not accepting messages. Gave up and left. On contacting them later rather than an apology they suggested I'd gone to the wrong property. I can't even process this. Absolutely clueless and completely unacceptable. If you are selling a property you might want to think of other estate agents in the area. By the way, I WAS at the correct property!

Beresford Adams had two viewings lined up for the property before it even went live on the market. Leeanne Jones dealt with the sale and was endlessly helpful, responding to emails and calls promptly and even out of hours. She gave us confidence about the intentions of the buyer from the outset, identifying her correctly as a genuine purchaser, and the offer was accepted the day the house went on sale. Leanne thereafter dealt with the various parties involved in the transaction on our behalf quickly and always to our satisfaction. And importantly she was personable, polite and patient. She is clearly in the right job! We would have no hesitation in recommending her and her colleagues at the Holywell branch.

The purchase of our new home was incredibly stressful with it taking much longer than expected and the arrival of my new baby in between, but Leanne always made me feel reassured and in the loop! Great experience from the start. Leeanne mostly dealt with our case, and as fist time buyers, me and my wife both found the experience fairly stressful and confusing. Leeanne made things a lot clearer and simple for us and was always on hand to offer help and advice. Calls where always answered or returned in good time or, if Leeanne wasn’t around, someone else from the team would always be willing and able to help. We where always in regular contact and never left waiting or having to chase up information.
