The house we purchased went back on the market back in January and we got a viewing and offer accepted all by 7pm that same evening!!
We had a few issues that was no fault of anybodies but Jo kept us informed right the way through the process and always got back to us very promptly when we contacted her with any questions & queries.

What can we say sold our property not once but twice !!

We sold the once unfortunately fell through due to unforseen circumstances.

We have used this service twice. On both occasions the communication was excellent. We were constantly informed of progress throughout. I would recommend Cariad for a stress free process.

Viewed a property with this estate agent last Thursday, fell in love with it so offered over the asking price to enable us to secure the offer process, 5 days later we were told congratulations it's yours sstc, we contacted our financial advisor who got in touch with these agents (email confirming we had the funds to secure this property) 30 hours later the house online shows its still on the market and no sstc is placed in the advert. While with our financial advisor sorting out the release of the funds we received a telephone call from the agent we are then told (the house has been sold to another buyer!!!) after a rant in an email I called these estate agents again to find out how this has been possible only to be told that the new buyers offer was lower than ours!!!!, why on earth do you place an offer when a lower offer will be accepted?, also then told the vendors wanted a first time buyer?, why wasn't this expressed to us before viewing? Within seconds of their call to us confirming we had missed out on this opportunity we noticed the listing of this property had been removed from their website the excuse was well the new owners proved they had the funds ( so did we within an hour ), my experience is do not view any properties with this company as they give you false hope.

Where to start...Jo and Danny are bloody fantastic! We are in the process of selling with them and they have been on it every step of the way.
