Went online for a valuation appointment selected one for a day later. Never heard anything on email. Phoned late morning told someone would call me. No one did. Called again mid afternoon to be told the person didn't need to see my property as she knows the properties!!! I said she did not and that was not professional!! No reason why I was not called back other than they were busy!!! Then told the appointment I had selected online was not available!!! Asked why it gave me the date and time and she couldn't give an answer but said the valuer doesnt work on wednesdays!!! What an awful company. Guess they only get business because they are the only agent in Barmouth. I will not be dealing with them. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
