By chance, Anthony Flint Estate Agents were the agents for a house that we loved from the instant we stepped inside. The agent doing the viewing, Jan, was extremely helpful and pointed out all the salient features of the house and answered all our questions. Our offer was dealt with professionally and we were kept fully informed by Jan of all the difficulties the seller was creating, whether by accident or design. I feel that a different agent may not have succesfully handled the sale to us, or indeed any other buyer!
