He was very knowledgeable, kept us well informed throughout, and gave us confidence in his advice. He acted professionally, with great communication at all times and made us feel that our business was very important to him. Even the photos he took were excellent and showed put house in the best possible light.
He recognised that the best way to sell our house was an open day and out of 27 viewings that day, he achieved 14 offers, 13 of which were at asking price or above. We eventually sold for over £30k more than expected.

Recently had a viewing with Louise. Louise was very welcoming on arrival and we both felt comfortable with her during the viewing.

Louise was able to answer all of our questions about the property and told us specific details about certain parts as we went room to room - Basically, it was evident that she had prepped in advance and the communication / flow was balanced very well, education vs. chit-chat

Communication after the viewing has been via email which has been great, speedy and friendly - no problems whatsoever.
