John Francis was the agent for the property we were buying, so not actually our agent. I was really impressed by how proactive they were. The sale took nearly 7 months to complete, (nothing to do with the agents) and Tracy was brilliant the whole time. She maintained a really positive dialogue between us and the seller and chased me up for progress reports on a regular basis. This is just the kind of service I would have liked from our agent, who was frankly useless by comparison. If we ever come to sell the new house, I won't think twice about using John Francis.
