We emailed 2 local estate agents in Tenby and Burt & Co answered our questions within 5 mins and made phone contact. We are now going to arrange for them to sell our property.
The other co have never responded!

Don't respond to enquiries. I was really interested in a flat they have to let in Tenby but no answer from them. Will look elsewhere. As the saying goes, once bitten twice shy.
