From the moment we contacted him he has been on our case to sell our family home and to negotiate for the very best price - Rich managed to sell our house post - Covid in a matter of days without us even having to sort the property out to take photos!

From start to finish I just want to say that the new homes 4 u team worked so hard towards helping sell my house. Rich took the most fabulous photos ..nothing was too much and Arwel who did the viewings had my best interests at heart completely. We were very pleased with the service NEWHOME4U provided in selling our home. It was a unique property for the area and 3 of the 4 agents who valued it were a long way out with their valuations – some as much as £200,000 less than the final figure! When Arwel came to look round, he admitted that the property was not what he had expected and would need to go away and do more research. He came back with a realistic valuation and it was sold within a month.
Rich spent a long time taking numerous photos and creating an impressive drone video. Rea patiently sat with us to choose and organise the photos and Phil produced his usual interesting description.
