Brilliant service! Morriston office were able to come and value the property at my earliest convenience, gave a very fair and informative valuation with realistic expectations. From start to end of the selling process, the staff at the Morriston office helped with every query I had; even when the issues were with 3rd parties causing delays to the sale. There was nothing that was too much trouble for anyone of the staff.

Dealt with a house sale for us in difficult circumstances.I live in Northumberland seven hours away so the large majority was done remotely.Good communication throughout, they managed to get me a cash buyer almost immediately when i had to reject a previous purchaser who was dragging his heels. A special mention must go to Josh who came to the property to give us the valuation, he was both very professional and enthusiastic and compared to visits we had from other local agents it was an easy decision to go with Astleys.I would definitely highly recommend this estate agent if you’re considering selling a property in the Swansea area.
