Sadly a repeatedly negative / unprofessional experience from Wingetts. Unresponsive via email, ignoring replies or not phoning back after taking details and promising they would. Inconsistent information from different staff members about properties to let & viewing procedures. All around it seemed impossible to get a simple viewing booked in or further information about a property. Cannot recommend.

Customer service when I first got my rental 3yrs ago was brilliant, but now it's deadful, being a night worker it's just easier for me to email them to enquire about a property... Well don't bother, you never get a reply not even an automated one

Literally no idea of customer service on the lettings desk at all. Classic example of what is wrong with old Wrexham; short, unhelpful, unapologetic, and entirely disinterested in trying to see to your needs. Pathetic from children, a real problem when an adult displays these traits.

Only went to collect an item I had bought, set up very professional, service quick and easy

NOT Good kept me waiting and waiting to see if my CASH offer was accepted , then the lady on phone was Not nice on Phone . I will NEVER Buy from Wingetts .

I bid on line and pick up in the week 'lovely staff 'some great bargains to be had in the sale 'I had all sorts from a car' motorcycle to some lovely antiques 'tools etc etc.

Had a fab time. Drinks and loos available.

I find the staff very friendly and professional. When I explained our situation, the female adviser couldn't be more helpful and advised me to call regularly to check if anything becomes available.
