The best estate agents I have ever dealt with. I am a tenant with the Maesteg branch. Their care and support for tenants is amazing. Cannot fault them. They kept excellent communication through out the process from viewing the house, to paying a bond and rent, to moving in. They also sort out issues extremely quick. Staff at this branch are super friendly and polite. I will definitely use this estate agents when I buy my own house.

I wish it was possible to leave 0 stars and just a review!!! You should be appalled to call yourselves a business having staff such as Tanya there. Very rude and couldn’t wait to get me off the phone, she clearly had more important things to deal with.
If this is how you treat people I’m surprised you are still running.
Disgusted!!!

I've been through a few estate agents and found these are very unprofessional. Arranged 2 house viewings. Great. a day before I go to view them, they told me 1 had just been let out but I can still view other if wanted. I understand places do go, but I accepted to view other one 5 minutes later phone call, got to cancel it as the landlord don't want pets.. We had this planned for well over 5 days and I double asked about everything on the phone and email. Very poor in my eyes unfortunately

Fantastic experience with Ferreirs, so helpful in every way possible and very welcoming. If you are looking to buy any property I would highly recommend them to get the job done for you without any hassle or complications. We welcome genuine reviews but there have been at least two vindictive reviews from persons that were not viewers or vendors but people being personally abusive to a staff member for non business reasons. The police have been informed.

Only dealt with the Maesteg office, mainly with Neil - Great guy; very helpful and friendly. Easy company to deal with. Recommended.

Me and my partner arranged a viewing for a property marketed by this agent a few weeks ago. When I arrived at the property we were met by a lady who conducted the viewing.
After viewing the property we were happy to submit an offer forward for the vendor to consider. However, the agent advised us that they like to market properties for at least 10 days before putting offers through to vendors but I was still more than entitled to submit the offer but this would lead to a delay in getting a response.
The property had already been on the market for about a week and the agent ensured us that we would hear a response early the following week. She reiterated several times that she will definitely contact us.
However, no phone call, no contact what so ever. Very poor service and the last I checked the property was still on the market. The agent could have easily striked a deal as we were definitely interested in increasing our offer. Shame!

Would never recommed these to deal with selling your property or with the intention of purchasing. The women in Kenfig Hill branch Tanya, we found extremely unprofessional and very rude. She was ubrupt and too busy being outside having a smoke to answer questions about selling our property via Ferriers and with setting up a viewing for a house they were also selling we were interested in. Totally put us off!
