I’ve been a Smooth Moves customer for about 10 years, specifically using their tenant find service. Alison and her team have proved themselves to be efficient, courteous and professional at all times. They have been willing to give advice and guidance when needed, and have provided helpful reminders to ensure I remain compliant as a landlord. I would recommend them and intend to continue as a loyal customer.

Absolutely love love love Smooth Moves. I have used their 'oober ' professional service to find tenants for my properties for the last 5 years. Alison and her staff are just fabulous. Their advice/ help has been incredibly helpful and they will always go the extra mile to ensure both landlord and tenant are happy.

I moved into a smooth moves property when I was 18 & had little knowledge of the renting world. They fully took advantage, told me that they could not send my bond back & we would have to agree to deductions. (Even though they should supply you with a link for the 3p company that holds the deposit, you able to check which charges you agree to and disagree - therefore there was no need to withhold the deposit amount & CHARGE ME for the emails after we had moved out as admin charges)
Joy lied to me said that they don’t have access to a deposit and couldn’t do anything. They lie through their teeth and deserve to go into administration. 100% the worst company

We agreed to some of the deductions as requested, a clean £80 something which is fine. Toilet wasn’t included in the pictures hun so please stop while your ahead.
No mention of the £12 ‘admin fee’ you charged per email, we also had confirmation from another staff member joy was meg go over the lies? I can provide email evidence of all of this.again WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I can’t recommend Smooth Moves enough. We rented the same beautiful home for 7 years and nothing was too much trouble. If we ever needed help with any maintenance it was always dealt with in a timely manner and professionally.

The team are friendly and will do their best to find you a lovely home and look after you when you do!
