I spent 3 years at my beautiful Carlain student house in Gloucester and I loved every second! My agent Jo was always super helpful and responded to any maintenance requests ASAP. Any issues were followed up with reassurance and constructive hep, which was always valued. Carlain are hands down the most honest, trustworthy and best value for money Student or professional housing companies out there! Any students in Gloucester and Cheltenham looking for a home and not just a house, this is the place to go!

I rented with Carlain for 2 years in Oxford and had a great experience. Nick and the rest of the Carlain team have been really helpful. They were friendly and easy to reach if I had any questions or problems with the house, and any issues were dealt with rapidly. I have already recommended them to other students!

Carlain-managed property is well maintained and Nick + team are responsive when there's issues that need attention, whether it be clogged drains, electrical issues or unwelcome rodent pests. In our first year at university we signed on to a lovely house to spend our second year with, we ended up keeping it for our third year too and are looking to continue living with Carlain properties even after we finish university.
