is the worse letting agency in Ipswich, worse than Sarah' s Your Advisers. I knew that guys working with close doors in the office some years ago. To see them was necessary almost an application. And when the tenant got in they pull up the shirt sleeves ready for fighting. Really very rude and unprepared guys for the job. Also quite difficult someone get the deposit back . Just one word: rubbish. @

We enjoyed our 9 days stay in the property without any issue and found the host (Glenn) very helpful and professional.

Astonishingly appalling properties, unconcerned about general upkeep or residents. In my experience, the staff are unnecessarily aggressive in their behaviour which causes concern regarding the residents within the properties who have to deal with this company.
