Right from the outset, the agent was prompt to assist us with a viewing, and didn’t complain once when we asked for additional viewings of the property. Throughout the whole process, the agent was always contactable over phone (which is a lot to say compared to other agents in the area!) and helped us through our purchase.

We rented an apartment in Lawrence Moorings in Sawbridgeworth. Was easy to rent, minimal paperwork, and apartment was great to live in. When our shower broke it was replaced quickly and professionally (with a better shower) and when we had to leave to be closer to family the process was quick and professional. Would rent off them again in a heartbeat. Great service.

This is the worst estate agent I have ever used. Was buying a house through them but discovered they had accepted an offer from another person and was stringing both along - costing money and time to both people. Used extremely bad language about the seller of the house - very unprofessional throughout. Thoroughly bad experience. I would not recommend them in a thousand years.

Taken over my house sale from another agent,Alexander Hamilton. Disaster from the start.Unprofessional,rude,hard to contact.Didnt reply to emails,hard to reach by phone.Communication with our buyer via agent was altered to suit themselves.Set a completion date despite my not agreeing. AVOID at all costs.!!

All I can say is that this estate agents have been amazing I was going to be made homeless and Allister really reassured me that he would find me a home on a long term rent and within 2 weeks he found me that I couldn't be more grateful to him for all his help always answering my calls replying to messages even if he was not at work so thankyou Allister
