The best Real Estate in Hertfordshire!!!! We have moved to England 2.5 years ago and they were the only ones who gave us a chance to get a roof on our heads!!! but beside the human approach we cannot ignore the fact that everybody was very professional and that we were getting immediate response to all our requests 24/7!!! Excellent service beyond our expectations.

SAB is a great letting agency! I have rented recently I am in my 1st year with them, any difficulties I have, they get it sorted right away. I have dealt with Leane Doust all the time, she has been very professional and very helpful. The move was smooth and everything was made so easy and quick, I never had to follow on anything, I highly recommend SAB letting to anyone and would like to thank Leane for such a great service.

Horrendous service! I was in the process of getting an apartment from them and I had already paid a whole year’s worth of rent. I was under the impression that the contract was finalised but in the end the contract fell through from their side whereas I had already paid for everything and signed the contract from my end. 5 days before my move in date they told me they would not be able to give me the apartment that I had already paid for! They failed to provide me with the property and I literally had to spend money on alternate accommodation due to their incompetence. In the mean time my money was stuck with them and they were exceptionally slow when I asked for my money back and literally could not even figure out that my payment had gone through for over three weeks! They kept telling me that they haven’t received the money whereas my bank assured me that they had! In the end I had to call their parent company (Goodlord) to get my money. They literally left me hanging for over 3 weeks and made the least amount of effort in giving me my money back. Never going to deal with them ever again! Much better off with any other agency than them.

Terrible service. A property went on the market for rent which I was really interested in. I emailed both through Rightmove and through Sab direct instantly and never had a reply. To this day I still never got a reply? I then see the property is under offer. Shocking service. I don’t recommend them at all.

Terrible agents. They dont keep records or write appointments down so you turn up and get spoken to rudely as they haven't got time to deal with your appointment/ query!
