I've had an extremely efficient service from Corey Carrington-Smith, Portfolio Manager at Accord. Any situation/concerns highlighted by the tenants have been addressed and dealt with in a very timely manner. I'm very happy with the way my property is being managed by Corey.

Have had these guys as my estate agents for almost a year now. Very efficient, easy to get hold of and great communicators. Any problem we've had with maintenance was speedily sorted by Corey and Rebecca! Keep up the excellent work!

Very pleased with my portfolio manager Kirsten Lewis. She promptly responds to any questions and problems. Recently had my shower broken down and it was replaced within a day. She kept me updated on the status of my queries and asked afterwards if it was indeed resolved to my satisfaction. It is great to have a direct contact who is well informed. I highly recommend Countrywide and Kirsten specifically so far (since 2 months).

Kim Suddens, Countrywide-Portfolio Manager and Deposit Specialist, was excellent throughout the whole process of my claiming back my deposit through the dispute procedure. She was very professional and very helpful, always available and informative. I would thoroughly recommend her.

I have been interacting with CountryWide Property management Since October 2022. My experience was great. The property manager Dawn Olorenshaw is very responsive. My house heating system stopped working and he addressed the issue within 24 hours which involves multiple approvals and interactions with landlord & contractor. This was a very critical issue for me as the temperature is very low these days. My issue got fixed. I am happy with their services. Special thanks to Dawn.

Well what can I say. Corey smith is amazing! I have had many problems at my current rented property, and for the 1st time in nearly four years I feel that these issues are finally being rectified! And I feel heard! He has made me feel very at ease with how he is handling the situation and his communication has been up most brilliant! Corey Carrington-Smith from Countrywide has been managing my rental property, and he has provided amazing service so far. I had recently moved into the rental flat and had some immediate issues, Corey immediately reached out to the landlord and then arranged the the service for repairs.
