Happy to give misleading information online. When asked why, the response was that they don’t have the time to provide accurate information.

Having dealt with many agents who are all lazy, rude, unresponsive and unreliable - these guys absolutely knock spots off every single one. They are without doubt exceptional. I would (and do) recommend them always, and no one has ever been disappointed with their service.

I know this as we, as a family, have used MBL estates over some near 20 years. As a family run business their customer care service is fantastic, sensible, responsive and extremely reliable. They have always been on hand to give fair prices and fees, and we know we can 100% trust them, their workers, and the work that they organise to get done.

I've rented two properties through MBL in Wimbledon and both times they provided an excellent service. They are always friendly, very responsive and any problems in the flat they fixed very quickly. I highly recommend MBL.
