Denhan Guaranteed Rent

This agency is full of unprofessional agents especially the head of maintenance David. When calling the agency, I am constantly told that an agent will call me back and 9 times out of 10 I am the one having to call back. The agency is constantly making false promises; they claim that they have a duty of care, however they do not fulfil the needs required. There is a lack of communication; I have had many appointments made and then cancelled without prior warning or notice. If you are going to use this agency then my advice would be to tread with caution.

Denhan International not really know what they doing the team are ignorant they don’t bother looking after their property if you disabled or with young children avoid to rent from this estate agent as you will sit in the cold 🥶 flat during the winter ❄️ they don’t carry out proper checks on the gas boiler and other gas appliances they don’t bother fix problem as soon as it appears when I lived in their temporary property the place been flooded from neighbours above their representative came couple of days later to count how much insurance they will be paid they didn’t bother carry out repairs required and I lived there in mouldy flat until I got my permanent place Advice for people who plan rent from them AVOID they only take rent and do nothing most laziest estate agent bad management

Worst agency, they always do botched jobs or tell you someone is coming and do not turn up , they will have you waiting weeks before any repairs or maintenance are made.

If there is an option for no stars that’s what I would pick. I have been a tenant with denhan international in Norbury. I’ve had many issues. Full of disappointment. The manager David does not help he has no care for his tenants needs they just smile and pretend they write your concerns and don’t contact you. They constantly fob you off. They are not professional. Do not rent a property from here as this estate agency is no good.

The landlord and I have had some great troubles trying to get someone to answer the phone at all times of the working day my radiator in my daughters room has been off since November! It’s now coming up to the end on January and I have finally been given a date as to when the radiator in the flat can be fixed….. it’s ground floor with so many drafts and my daughter has asthma ! It’s honestly ridiculous I shall update once and if the radiator repair man come tomorrow!

Don't rent from DENHAN because no one will pick up the phone. They need a bigger office and more people that will pick up you're call

Terrible company, avoid at all costs
Would put a 0 if I could. Have been trying to get my property back off them for 2 years and all that happens is I get fobbed off by them

Denhan International has been managing my Properties for over 5 years. They are simply the best Letting and Management Agent around .
